More bus excitement
Well, I am home. I have been home for less than 20 minutes. This does indicate that it took me from 1400 to 1530 to get home.

Buses. They are my primary transit vehicle.

So, I missed the 92 and caught the next bus, the 93. The bus went up North Washington Street, and paused for some time (I was reading Emma and was not quite paying attention, but I got a lot of reading in). As we were finally allowed to cross the bridge into Charlestown, we came across two police cars, a lot of people, and a pickup truck that had smashed into the far railing (the railing on the side we're on, actually). It was obvious from the damage involved that the bridge won.

So, we continued on our route down Chelsea Street. The bus normally goes to I believe Fifth Street (if it doesn't go to the Navy Yard), and at its turnoff there was a small car, similar to a sports car in design, with three young women around it. One of the women had her cell phone on and was apparently calling for help, because the entire front grill area of her car was totalled. Similar damage as the truck on the bridge.

I just wonder why all the accidents today?

And now I am going to play games or read or otherwise occupy my mind. ^_^;
Feeling like: jubilantjubilant

Buses are good places to observe all kinds of unbelievable human behavior...if nothing else, they're a good source of material for short stories ;o)
