Well, it is Wednesday. I knew I was getting sick on Tuesday. Constant high-mucous volume sneezes aren't an allergy attack (at least not for me). So, before rehearsal I took Dayquil, and I was cleared up for about the length of rehearsal when it started getting bad again.

So, I got home and took two nyquil and went to bed. I rolled over constantly. I remember seeing the clock around 3 something and again and 5 and 6. And every time I blew my nose there was nasty mucuous that just seemed to be cloning itself with my every breath.

So, I stayed home. jiggliusceasar tucked me into bed with B.A., Custard, and Sugar Ray, and I slept till about 1030. Obviously I needed it. However, I don't feel that much better for all that. Very fuzzy, like there is a wall between my ears. I think V-san is not getting my help tonight with her move (though I might still show up with biohazard warnings to lend moral support).

And now I am going to wash my hands again, and sit in a corner of the apartment (which feels cold for no readily apparent reason) and read or stitch or go back to bed.
Feeling like: sicksick
Listening to: Ruddigore (internal)

Ack! Drink hot tea!

What is B.A.?

I think you would love Umberto Eco's Name of the Rose if you haven't already read it. Very Chloe.

B.A. = (IIRC) Bjorn Aphrodite, an unneccesarily large bear with a red bow tie (and now a Robotech t-shirt) she got for Christmas last year.

So that would be the Brong!

Only if you can find some way to wear a couple cubic feet of stuffed bear around your waist...

I'm sure with some ribbons it works just fine. :)

I know B.A. and Custard, but which stuffie is Sugar Ray?

BTW, qarylla, I'll be around during the day Thu. if you stay home again and need anything. As long as I can help out without catching the Purgatory death flu. (meranthi needs to avoid it if at all possible.)

Sugar Ray is a sting ray stuffie acquired from the last trip to the Aquarium. Also sometimes called Leonard.

He is very cute and likes to dance.

Dear, your apartment feels cold because it's very cold outside. Try checking what the temp is inside.

That, and you probably have a fever....

That, and our windows are probably open.

Oh, and if you're interested there should be horse-sized vitamin C pills on the middle shelf in the bathroom, among the many bottles of artifical stuff I use to compensate for the fact that the average day for me involves too many calories, too much caffeine and not much of any redeeming value.
